Chavez signs new energy deal, accords with Cuba (Reuters)
Reuters - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez
bolstered his cooperation with Cuba on Saturday by signing
energy, farming and finance accords, including a deal to expand
of one of his socialist ally’s oil refineries.
